The 104th AFBF annual convention takes place next year in Puerto Rico. Megan Jasiulevicius of the American Farm Bureau events team talked about the two keynote speakers.

"We've got Bert Jacobs. He's the co-founder and chief executive of Life is Good. They are a clothing brand company that started with him and his brother when they just had $78 in their pocket. Now they're a major company, and they donate about 10 percent of their profits to help kids in need," Jasiulevicius said. "And our second keynote, is Big Kenny of Big and Rich. He is a country artist, and he also has a philanthropic outreach to help end hunger, which is a big goal of Farm Bureau."

For those who can’t make the trip to Puerto Rico, she says Farm Bureau will be offering a virtual component this year.

"We are offering a virtual component of our convention this year. They can go to and register. for just $25," Jasiulevicius said. "And they will have access to all three of our general sessions including those two keynote speakers we just talked about, eight of our workshops, so that’s 50 percent of the workshops we're offering this year, and then all of our programming that's taking place on our Cultivation Center Stage, which includes our Ag Innovation Challenge and our Young Farmer and Rancher Discussion Meet competition."

Jasiulevicius says if you are attending virtually, you can register all the way up until whatever session you want to watch is about to start.
