Kenzee Anderson has recently been hired as an accountant for the Utah Farm Bureau Federation (UFBF).
Kenzee will be responsible for managing daily transactional activity and accounts payable for the federation, as well as cash reconciliations and other financial duties. Working with Darren Hedin, the Chief Financial Officer, Kenzee will ensure Utah Farm Bureau’s financial affairs are in proper order and provide financial assistance to County Farm Bureaus.
Anderson grew up in St. George, Utah next to her great-grandpa’s dairy farm – the Boots Cox Dairy. She later attended Southern Utah University in Cedar City, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Anderson is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society.
“I am excited to join the Utah Farm Bureau and look forward to learning and growing alongside such an amazing team,” Anderson said.
“We are excited to welcome Kenzee to the Farm Bureau family and know she will have a great impact,” said Spencer Gibbons, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for UFBF. “She is very organized and a quick learner, and I’m confident she’ll deliver great work for our members.”
When not at the office, Kenzee enjoys camping, exploring, and playing games with her family, including her husband – Derek – and their five children. Some of her favorite hobbies are crocheting, running, and organizing.
Anderson replaces Sadie Caroll, who will leave in April to concentrate full-time on her young family.
Anderson joined the organization in early March and can be reached at kenzee.anderson@fbfs.com or 801-233-3009.
