Use day-old or stale (not moldy) bread to limit food waste!
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Shred your bread using the larges holes of a box grater, or cut the loaf into chunks. use a food processor to pulse the bread into coarse crumbs. Place crumbs on baking sheet and back in the oven for 8 minutes or until dried and slightly crisp. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
