Ingredients:

4 c. chopped broccoli

2 c. chopped granny smith apples

8 slices cooked and chopped bacon

1 c. slivered almonds, toasted in 1/4 c. sugar over low heat

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1 c. celery, chopped

Dressing:

1 1/4 c. mayonnaise

1/2 c. craisins

1/2 c. sugar

1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Method:

Mix the dressing ingredients together and set it aside.

Combined chopped broccoli, bacon, celery, and onions together with the toasted almonds. Chop apples and apply dressing 30 minutes before serving.
