The success of this recipe depends entirely on the quality of the chocolate chips. If you want the best truffles we suggest buying a high-quality brand. 


3 Cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips 

1 Can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 Tb Vanilla



In a heavy pan, melt chocolate chips and milk. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Chill 3 hours or until firm. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in cocoa powder and/or shredded coconut or finely chopped nuts. 

Chill 1 additional hour or until firm.
