Farm and ranch women from across Utah will gather March 19–21, 2026, in Logan for the annual Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Conference, held on the campus of Utah State University at the Eccles Conference Center.
Centered on the theme Cultivating Curiosity, Creating Change, this year’s conference is designed to equip Farm Bureau women with tools to grow personally, professionally, and within their communities. Attendees will participate in workshops, networking opportunities, and hands-on experiences that celebrate both the beauty and the unique challenges of agricultural life.
Tours will be held on Thursday afternoon, featuring behind-the-scenes visits to USU facilities, including the renowned Poisonous Plant Lab, where researchers work to protect livestock and producers from toxic plant exposure. Participants will also tour the beloved USU Aggie Creamery. The tour wouldn’t be complete without a scoop of your favorite Aggie ice cream flavor!

The conference will feature women speakers who are creating change through their talents and passions.
After the Friday meetings, enjoy dinner and stay to make jewelry with Sara Buttars from Western AgCredit.
The conference keynote speaker is Kiah Twisselman Burchett, widely known as Coach Kiah. A California ranch-raised woman turned international motivational speaker, Burchett is on a mission to empower others to love themselves well and find joy in life’s messy, beautiful journey. Her message of resilience, confidence, and authentic leadership resonates strongly with women rooted in agriculture.
Registration information and conference details are available HERE. The registration cost is $65, which includes all three days and meals.
