1 lb. turkey burger

1 egg

1/2 C. finely diced onion

1 tsp. salt

6 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Sauce:

1/2 C. loosely packed brown sugar

1 tsp. prepared mustard

1/2 C. catsup

Mix all of the meatball ingredients together and form into 16 meatballs. Put a cube of Mozzarella cheese in each meatball.Slightly indent top. Place in a foil lined baking dish. Put the sauce evenly over the meatballs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
