The Utah Farm Bureau Federation was recently featured on the 'Speaking on Business' program sponsored by the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce. The program produces short audio stories describing various business entities around the state, and is included on news stations throughout the state - predominantly on KSL News radio. Utah Farm Bureau CEO Spencer Gibbons was on the program, and talked about why the Famr Bureau exists, its priorities and how it serves all Utahns.
"I am happy we were able to share a little of our organization's story -- and that of our members -- to a broader audience that doesn't always get the opportunity to visit with farmers & ranchers first-hand," Gibbons said.
Derek Miller, President & CEO of the Salt Lake Chamber, was able to talk about UFBF's mission, as well as efforts during the pandemic to reach those with food insecurity through its foundation, the Miracle of Agriculture Foundation.
