Utah Farmers & Ranchers Invited to Participate in Trade Mission to South Korea & Taiwan

Utah Governor Gary Herbert is leading a trade mission to South Korea and Taiwan this September, and interested farmers and ranchers from Utah are invited to participate. The trade mission will take place September 17 through September 21, 2018.
Registration for the trade mission is now open and the deadline to register is Wednesday, June 13, 2018. There is an $800 participation fee for each participant who attends the trade mission. This participation fee includes select meals, ground transportation, all official trade mission events and materials. The cost does not include flights, accommodations or incidental expenses. In addition to the participation fee, participants have the option to purchase accommodations for seven nights: $1,800 for single (including tax and breakfast).
South Korea is Utah's #1 largest ag and food export destination, accounting for more than $116 million dollars in ag and food exports from the state annually. Taiwan is Utah’s 7th largest ag and food export destination, accounting for over $55 million dollars in ag and food exports from the state annually.
