1 C. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 C. honey

2 Tbsp. minced garlic

1/2 tsp. ground pepper

1 Tbsp. oregano

8-12 lamb chops

1 C. water

1/4 C. red wine vinegar

1 tsp. ginger

1 tsp. onion salt

1 Tbsp. basil

1 Tbsp. thyme

 

Combine all marinade ingredients in a deep dish. Place chops in marinade, turning and spooning marinade over all surfaces. Marinate for several hours, turning once or twice and spooning marinade over. Grill over medium heat about 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Best medium rare.
