Pork roast
Sauce:
2 C. ketchup
1 1/2 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. red wine vinegar
1/4 C. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
Pork: Poke pork roast with a big fork all around it. Pour liquid smoke over it and rub in. Rub with Kosher salt. Put in crock pot. Depending on the size of roast you probably need to adjust these times. Cook LOW 7 to 8 hours or HIGH for 5. shred pork and reserve liquid if needed.
Sauce: Combine and cook on stove until it starts to thicken. Pour over the pulled pork and cook in the crock pot for 30 minutes to an hour more.
